Changes to deliveries during holiday period 
Due to the holidays, there will be no deliveries on 25th - 26th December 2024 and 1st January 2025. At this time of year, as we know, delivery companies are under a lot of pressure and late/delayed deliveries are a real possibility. To ensure delivery before Christmas we recommend you order no later than 6pm on Tuesday 17th Dec 2024. The latest you can order for despatch before Christmas is before 6pm on 23rd December. These delivery times, options and prices may vary depending on the weight, size and quantity of your order. Delivery Times & Prices
At Trade Digital Print, we understand the importance of your and your client’s deadlines. We print and despatch all orders either the same day or next day* depending on which delivery option you choose at checkout. If you choose express delivery, your customer could have their job before noon the next day. We offer a wide range of delivery options (please see below) during checkout, just choose the one that suits you best. From free economy delivery to standard next-day delivery, it’s your choice.

Always Next Day Despatch then choose from free* economy or 24-hour courier.
When ordering between Monday – Thursday, you can place your order before 6pm for next-day despatch, or order before midnight on Saturday for Monday despatch!

Express next day tracked courier delivery* - same day despatch and next day delivery 
*Express orders placed before 12 noon will be delivered by tracked courier before 12 noon the next working day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be delivered within 48 hours.

A minimum of £15 or a 50% surcharge of the total job price will be charged on express orders, you will be shown any charges at checkout. Orders involving large quantities or which take longer to finish may not qualify for express delivery. 

Convenient Collect is also available during checkout for the above standard and economy services. Here you can choose to collect your order from over 10,500 Post Offices®, many with extended opening hours.

Please note that while our couriers have a 97% success rate of meeting the deadlines quoted, all delivery dates and times given at checkout are approximate and not guaranteed. Normal courier delivery days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) Prices quoted above apply to deliveries weighing up to 25 kilograms in one package. A further charge may be applied for each additional 25 kilograms. Orders must be completed before 6pm to maintain the same estimated delivery date. 

Deliveries to offshore UK islands (e.g. Jersey, Guernsey & Gibraltar) – Timed deliveries or Saturday deliveries are not available. There is a minimum 150% surcharge on prices shown at checkout for tracked couriers. For items under 2kg Royal Mail first class post is available for the same price as shown at checkout. Heavier or bulkier items may carry a higher surcharge so please contact us before ordering for an accurate delivery price. Delivery dates and costs are always approximate for offshore island deliveries and may take 1-2 days longer than the estimated delivery date. We reserve the right to contact you for extra payment should shipping costs be higher than our website estimated.

Deliveries to Scottish Highlands - Delivery dates are always approximate for Scottish Highland deliveries and may take 1-2 days longer than the estimated delivery date

Deliveries to Republic of Ireland - only standard tracked courier with anytime delivery between 9am and 5:30pm is available, the cost is £7.95. All prices quoted do not include VAT, if applicable.

All the delivery options will be shown to you at checkout, so you can choose whichever suits your needs. You can check on your delivery at any time. We’ll let you know when we’ve despatched your order as we will email you and supply tracking information. TradeDigitalPrint.co.uk uses Parcel Force for deliveries. Remember you can also check on your order at any time by logging into ‘My Account’. 

Trade Digital Print uses Royal Mail, Parcel Force, and DPD for deliveries.
